I picked up a Japanese hand saw the other day from Lee Valley. I tried it out last night just cutting some scrap 2 x 4’s. What a great little saw! Very smooth cut face and easy to cut straight, better than I usually manage with a standard hand saw. Don’t know how much I’ll use it going forward but definitely a great addition to the tool chest.
